   Meet your crew, board the coach and get comfy — it's about a 2.5-hour drive up to Port Stephens. Your guide will give you the full rundown on the day ahead. Of course, we will have a comfort stop on the way for a quick Breakfast

   Worimi National Park

   1.5 hours

   Ride the Worimi Sand Dunes on a 400cc quad bike. While most tours treat the quad bikes as a quick add-on, here the ATV adventure is the hero of the day — a full hour on the highest coastal sand dunes in the Southern Hemisphere, guided by qualified instructors. Zero experience needed.

   Anna Bay

   30 min

   After the dunes, there's a quick scenic photo stop at Anna Bay and Stockton Beach — the perfect moment to capture the scale of those dunes from ground level before moving on.

   Nelson Bay

   1 hour

   Lunch Stop – Nelson Bay or Shoal Bay We’ll stop at either Nelson Bay or Shoal Bay, depending on the day’s schedule and local conditions. You’ll have free time to enjoy lunch at your own expense, with a range of cafés, restaurants and takeaway options available. It’s a great opportunity to relax, explore the area and enjoy the beautiful coastal atmosphere before continuing our adventure.

   Stop 5

   1 hour

   Then there's the hike. After the lunch, you'll head to Mount Tomaree for a guided walk to the summit lookout. It's a solid climb — about 1.2km each way on a clear, well-maintained track — but there's nothing technical about it and all fitness levels make it to the top. The view from up there takes in Port Stephens, Stockton Beach, and on a clear day, all the way out to sea.

   Shoal Bay

   45 min

   Free Beach Time at Shoal Bay After hiking Mount Tomaree and enjoying its spectacular 360-degree coastal views, we’ll head down to beautiful Shoal Bay for some free time by the beach. Relax on the sand, take a refreshing swim (weather permitting), stroll along the shoreline or simply enjoy the stunning coastal scenery at your own pace before we continue our Port Stephens adventure.

   3 hours

   Time to say goodbye to Port Stephens and get a bus ride back to Sydney
