We take an easy stroll along the boardwalks to view the segmented waterfall of Katoomba Cascades tumbling down the cliff face, and to breathe in the fresh eucalyptus air. This is our secret local spot, away from the crowds at the main lookouts.

Ride the world's steepest Scenic Railway into the rainforest, glide between clifftops on the Scenic Skyway with its glass floor, and enjoy the Scenic Cableway.    A hidden gem away from the crowds! We visit this spectacular lookout for panoramic views over the Megalong Valley and the Narrow Neck Peninsula. It offers a peaceful atmosphere and a great view of the unique "Boar's Head" rock formation—perfect for photos without the tourists.

   Spend time in the charming village of Leura, famous for its gardens and boutique shops. You can enjoy a relaxing lunch at a local cafe (own expense) and explore the unique streetscapes.
