1. Who We Are
Viberest is operated by LLC Vaperi, a limited liability company registered in Georgia (Identification Code: 433102484). Full legal details are available on our Impressum page.
2. Data We Collect
We collect your email address when you register and purchase data. We also collect transactional data (eSIM orders, payment references) to fulfill our service. We do not sell your data.
3. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used solely to provide, operate, and improve the Viberest eSIM service. We use Stripe for payment processing — they receive payment information directly and we do not store card details.
5. Third-Party Services
We use Stripe (payments), eSIMAccess (eSIM provisioning), Google OAuth (optional login), PostHog (analytics, hosted in the EU), Sentry (error monitoring), Crisp (support chat), Travelpayouts (the flight search on our Travel pages, which may set its own cookies to attribute bookings made through it to Viberest), and Viator (tours and activities on our Travel pages). Tours and flights shown on our Travel pages are booked and paid for on the partner's own website, under the partner's terms and privacy policy; these are affiliate links, so Viberest may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We do not pass your account or payment details to these partners. Each operates under their own privacy policies. Analytics data is linked to your account ID only after you sign in; we do not share your email or payment details with analytics providers.
6. Meta Platform Data (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp)
Viberest operates pages and messaging channels on Meta platforms and uses Meta's APIs (Facebook Login for Business, Instagram content and messaging, Messenger, and the WhatsApp Business Platform) to manage our own social presence and to communicate with customers who contact us there. If you sign in with Facebook, we receive only your name, email address, and profile picture. If you message us on Instagram, Messenger, or WhatsApp, we receive your public profile name and the content of your messages, which we use solely to respond to your inquiry and provide support. We do not use Meta data for advertising profiles, do not combine it with data from other sources beyond what is needed to answer you, and do not sell or transfer it to third parties. Meta platform data is processed in accordance with the Meta Platform Terms.
7. Advertising Measurement (Google Ads)
With your consent (via the cookie banner), we use Google Ads conversion tracking to measure which advertisements lead to a purchase. When you complete an order, we may transmit your email address to Google in hashed form, together with the order value and a transaction reference, so that the purchase can be matched to an ad click — a feature Google calls Enhanced Conversions. The hashing happens in your browser before transmission, so Google does not receive your email address in plain text. We do not send this data if you reject advertising cookies, and until you accept, Google's tags run in a restricted, cookieless mode (Google Consent Mode). Google acts as an independent controller for this data under its own privacy policy.
8. Data Retention
Account data is retained as long as your account is active. Support conversation history is retained for up to 24 months. You may request deletion at any time by contacting support.
9. Data Deletion
You can request the deletion of all personal data we hold about you — including your account, order history, and any data received through Meta platforms (Facebook Login, Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp) — at any time. Email support@viberest.com from the address linked to your account with the subject "Data deletion request", or message us via the support chat. We will confirm your request, delete your data within 30 days, and notify you once deletion is complete. If you used Facebook Login, you can also remove Viberest from your Facebook account under Settings → Apps and Websites, which triggers the same deletion process on our side.
10. Your Rights (GDPR)
If you are located in the EU/EEA, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your personal data. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority, including the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia.
