In the Gardens there are 6,000 trees, 600,000 shrubs and over 1 million ground covers to discover from Australia and around the world.

   At the entrance to our estate, five generations of Tyrrell family winemaking can be traced to Edward Tyrrell’s original ironbark slab hut, built by hand in 1858. For 167 years since, Tyrrell’s has been a pioneer in both the Hunter Valley and Australian wine industries and is now home to some of Australia’s most awarded wines.
