Dinner with tasting menu Tradition and wines paired

A perfect tasting to start savoring the great wines of Piedmont! A pleasant and fun experience where you can feel at the center of the tasting and also get involved a little in recognizing aromas and flavours. A food and wine journey to discover Piedmontese excellences, a journey between culture and friendship. We will taste wines accompanied by an introduction and discuss the sensations that each sip gives us. By tasting local products we will try to encourage the most suitable gastronomic pairings for each type of wine. A master class open to all levels from beginners to expert palates.

The Buosi Experiences are born for those who want to give an authentic moment, a journey through glasses, flavors and smiles to share TRADITION: an essential menu, inspired by Piedmontese tradition and its most authentic dishes Raw meat and mustard l’anciénne, fresh tomino, Russian salad* Monferrini, roast agnolotti of Piedmontese fassone, butter and sage Matched with a selection of glasses for each course.
