Yoga in Nature in Langhe Roero and Monferrato

Want a day of tranquility and inner peace? Doing Yoga with me has never been so pleasant and fun! You can practice in my cozy studio or outdoors where you will be surrounded by the lush vegetation that mother nature has given us. You will find a deep contact with yourself to be able to relax completely surrounded by the wonderful hills of Langhe Roero and Monferrato.

We will do Hatha or Vinyasa Yoga lessons in my studio, outdoors or in nature in order to dedicate an hour to ourselves immersed in the wonderful Piedmontese hilly landscape.
