Workshop Nate Pastel and Cocktails in Porto

This workshop will be accompanied by good conversation, good music and fun. In the end, you will be able to shine with your friends and family. For families with children, a private workshop can be scheduled. Special conditions for groups of 10 or more people.

The workshop will last 1.5 hours. With lots of conversation, good music, and cocktails, you will learn to make the enigmatic Pastel de Nata, a Portuguese conventual sweet. The host divides the recipe tasks among all attendees, a maximum of 20 people, with three workstations and two teachers. In the end, a tasting, presentation of the history, and each guest will take three custard tarts with them. It is not possible to make the dough from scratch because it takes about 3 hours to be ready to use, so one made by us is used. The pasta recipe is provided to all participants and the way to make it is explained. If you wish to complete all the tasks in the recipe, you can request a private workshop.
