Winter Dog Sledding in Knik, Alaska

Your experience will start at Turning Heads Kennel - a real mushing kennel, owned and operated by two Iditarod mushers. During the sled ride you will be able to see how absolutely beautiful Alaska is in the winter. Enjoy a true Alaskan experience of going mushing on a sled pulled by a team of Alaskan Huskies. Your musher will tell you about the sport of mushing, the races that happen around the state during the winter and all the training done during the summer.
