Your host, Vasili, is a beekeeper and winemaker. Taste wines directly from the barrel. Then suit up and visit the bees, find the queen, and learn how honey is made. Next enjoy a light lunch in our own vineyards with a view of the Lefka Ori mountains.

Tour a family-owned olive oil mill. Learn how olive oil is made and then taste several different oils and other Cretan products including vinegars, olives, and sweets. Then visit the mountains and taste wine from the barrels before having a traditional Cretan lunch in the vineyards.
