Wheelchair Tour Levada Off Road Scooter

The path crosses a deeply green, humid, and silent landscape, where natural tunnels of trees and the iconic House of Burnt Houses create an almost magical atmosphere. For this beauty to be lived without barriers, the Accessible Scooter Tour was developed, an experience designed from the ground up for people with reduced mobility, ensuring safety, comfort, and total inclusion. On this tour, the visitor travels the 2.1 km of the levada on an adapted, stable, robust off-road scooter equipped with suspension and wide tires, capable of handling roots, dirt roads, and small inclines. The entire route is accompanied by a specialized Guide, who adjusts the pace, breaks, and speed to each person's needs, transforming a traditional trail into an accessible and peaceful journey. The experience is private, personalized, and allows reaching areas that would be difficult or impossible to reach on foot, while always maintaining the natural essence of the place.
