Itinerary

  1. 1

    Loch Ness Region

    10 min

On your journey around Loch Ness, you’ll see many amazing sights. From mountains and waterfalls to wild animals and water monsters (well, maybe!). But what really makes a holiday special is seeing the smaller details in an area.

  2. 2

    Invermoriston Falls

    40 min

This walk visits the picturesque Invermoriston Falls at Loch Ness in the Scottish Highlands. In the little village can enjoy a walk across the old Thomas Telford bridge which crosses the picturesque falls on the River Moriston. From the public car park it is a short stroll south to the early 19th century bridge. After admiring the rushing river you can then follow footpaths through the adjacent woodland for more great views.

  3. 3

    Eilean Donan Castle

    50 min

Eilean Donan is recognised as one of the most iconic images of Scotland all over the world. Situated on an island at the point where three great sea lochs meet, and surrounded by some majestic scenery, it is little wonder that the castle is now one of the most visited and important attractions in the Scottish Highlands.

  4. 4

    Portree Harbour

    50 min

In Portree, tourists can expect to see a vibrant harbor town with colorful houses, scenic waterfront views, and access to the Isle of Skye's natural attractions like the Quiraing, Lealt Falls, and the Trotternish Ridge.

  5. 5

    The Old Man of Storr

    10 min

From the top of the Storr, you can enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding landscape, including the Isle of Raasay, the Scottish mainland, the Storr Lochs, and the Cuillin mountains.

  6. 6

    Kilt Rock

    10 min

The viewpoint offers breathtaking views of the rugged coastline, the ocean, and the surrounding landscape.

  7. 7

    Lealt Falls

    10 min

At the Lealt Falls viewpoint on the Isle of Skye, tourists will see a breathtaking view of the Lealt Falls, a series of waterfalls cascading down a gorge, and the surrounding rugged landscape, including the sea and the ruins of old buildings.

  8. 8

    Achnasheen

    Pass by

Embraced by untouched landscapes, Achnasheen is one of the top places to visit in the UK for wildlife watching.
