Sometimes you know exactly what you need, and sometimes you just know you need something. Our one-on-one sessions are designed to meet you where you are. You might come in for Medical Qigong, Reiki, breathwork, sound therapy, cupping, acupressure, emotion or body coding, forgiveness work, cacao ceremony, aromatherapy, essential oil blending, energetic needling, moxibustion, foot zoning, meditation, or a combination of several different modalities in our intuitive shamanic sessions. Some people come in feeling stressed, stuck, exhausted, emotional, disconnected, or simply curious. Others are looking for a deeper reset or want support creating more balance in their body and life. You do not need to know which modality to choose before you arrive. Tell us what is going on, what you are hoping to shift, and how you want to feel.
