Overview

Passionate about travel and architecture, Céline and Yvan ZEYSSOLFF visited many family wineries, original and sometimes exceptional. Which have for all a common theme: to democratize one of the most beautiful French heritage that is wine. The estate is no longer used solely as a work tool, but as a place of exchange where wine is told through a family and regional story. Céline and Yvan ZEYSSOLFF, owners of an estate rich in history and heritage, decided to create a place for sharing where wine enthusiasts or not, emerge enriched not only culturally but emotionally. You will taste several wines of Alsace and an Alsatian pie in a unique setting: old family cellar dating from 1850 where history and modernity mingle -presentation of the barrel of the Universal Exhibition. A small cozy space is also available in the old vaulted cellar of the House. Children are welcome and will have a grape juice.

    Itinerary

Enjoy a unique experience at Maison Zeyssolff, a family estate of winemakers since 1850, in the heart of the Alsace Wine Route. Your tour starts with a cup of Crémant d'Alsace, accompanied by a presentation of our family history, our terroir and Alsatian wine traditions. Continue with the discovery of our historic cellar dating from 1870 and its impressive oak barrels, still used to this day for the aging of our wines. You will also admire an exceptional cabinet barrel presented at the 1900 World's Fair. Then let yourself be surprised by our immersive 180° film, projected directly onto the drums thanks to mapping technology. This experience, unique in France, plunges you into the heart of our history and passion for winemakers. The tour ends in our immersive tasting and dining area, where a menu is accompanied by Alsatian food and wine pairings in an atmosphere mixing visual projections and lounge music. An experience rewarded by the Alsace Tourism Trophy 2021, the Atout France 2022 National Wine Tourism Trophy
