VIP Sunset Safari with Animal Encounters and S’mores

Enjoy a private, three-hour sunset safari for one group of up to 12 guests. Ride the safari tram through the property, meet camels and nocturnal animals during special twilight encounters, and learn from your guide along the way. Finish beside the fire with snacks and s’mores while taking in sunset views across Nevada’s Mojave Desert.

   Upon arrival, guests will learn about the natural history of camelids under the shade of the Mesquite trees before boarding the Safari Tram which will take guests around the 176-acre property to view some amazing wildlife. From the Safari Tram guests will see our Bactrian camels, dromedary camels, llama, alpacas, and zedonk with stops along the way to interact with the animals. At least one ambassador camel will come out for guests to enjoy a hands-on animal encounter and an amazing photo-op opportunity. After the Safari Tram guests will enjoy up-close encounters with our nocturnal animals, like our African-crested porcupine, by the keepers who will offer educational facts about each species and are happy to answer any questions. Next guests will unwind at our picnic tables while roasting marshmallows for smores and enjoying a Mohave desert sunset.
