Here's how our 60 minutes together are going to be: - First 10 minutes (Activation): We sit, breathe and activate the body with gentle movements to release the tensions of travel. - Central 40 Minutes (Practice): We get to the heart of it with a flow of soft and fluid yoga, accessible to everyone and customized to your needs. - Last 10 minutes (Relaxation): You lie on the mat for the final relaxation (Savasana), letting yourself be lulled by the sounds of Tuscan nature. A perfect time to regenerate and start your holiday.
