Pickup is only provided for the selected option—select 'Ubud Area' for locations within 15 km or 30 minutes from the meeting point, and 'Central Bali Area' for other areas in Bali. If your hotel is not listed, simply enter the hotel name and address for the exact pickup location. Please double-check your pickup zone before confirming your booking. If an incorrect zone or pickup location is selected, our team will contact you directly to arrange the correct pickup. - Ubud area includes Ubud center (within 3 km), Tegallalang, Sayan, Keliki, Payangan, and Kedewatan. - Central Bali area includes Canggu, Seminyak, Kuta, Uluwatu, Jimbaran, Gianyar, Sangeh, Renon, and Sanur.

Age & weight requirements: guests must be 5-65 years old and weigh 35-150 kg to join the Swing, Zipline, or Sky Bike/Sky-Cycle. Guests outside this range may not be permitted and won't be covered by park insurance.
