Txakoli wine tour from Bilbao

Join us for a unique txakoli wine experience, exploring the fresh, vibrant Basque wine made from Hondarrabi Zuri grapes. Start in Bakio at the Txakoli Museum to learn about its history, Atlantic climate, and winemaking techniques. Visit a txakolindegi (winery) to see coastal viticulture, harvest, pressing, fermentation, and maturation that give txakoli its citrusy acidity and saline edge. Enjoy a guided tasting with a Cantabrian appetizer, learn the high pour tradition, serving tips, and why txakoli pairs perfectly with fish and seafood. With private transport, hotel pick-up and drop-off, museum and winery access, and personalized guidance, this tour immerses you in Basque wine culture, history, and flavor for a full day of scenery and oenological pleasure.
