Truffle hunting is not a simple quest, but an ancient ritual that celebrates the indissoluble alliance between man, dog and forest. Since 2021, this tradition is officially part of the UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity, an award that rewards the depth of knowledge handed down for generations in the woods of Piedmont. Immersed in the silence of the valleys, the experience follows the slow rhythm of the steps on the foliage and the careful breathing of the "tabui", the faithful four-legged companion capable of perceiving the invisible. This activity represents the essence of sustainability: a harvest that does not take away, but honors the delicate balance of the ecosystem.
