Then, you'll make your way to our cooking school where you'll learn how to make homemade pizza smothered in flavorful sauce and fresh mozzerella like a true pizzaiolo.

Sample a variety of traditional Roman street food, carefully selected to showcase the authentic flavors and local traditions that make this neighborhood so unique. Once you've had your fill of delicious on-the-go bites, it's time to head to our cooking school, where our pizzaiolo (a.k.a. pizza guru!) will be waiting for you. There, you'll learn all aspects of pizza making—from crafting the perfect dough to preparing and seasoning your own signature creation. After making your pizza like a real pro, it’s time to dig in and taste the delicious reward of your hard work. Please note that the street food tastings are subject to seasonal changes.
