We Designed this day trip including the visit of Palmela Castle, Setubal, Arrabida Mountain with fantastic panoramic views and experience of 2 vineyards. The objective is to provide you the best coverage of a region in the same day trip.

   Castelo de Palmela

   Our Guide will walk with you along these walls that carry centuries of history. From the neolitic records and ruins, to the early Roman fortification this Castle located between the Tagus and Sado rivers boasts a view that streches up to Lisbon and all over the Blue Coast and Arrábida Mountain. Part of the triangle of defence of Lisbon to the south, this monument also has moorish and portuguese influences being the stage for many battles during the period of the Reconquista. One of the main bastions of the knights of the order of Santiago.

   Azeitao

   1 hour

   Once we arrive to Azeitão, a small parish with a population slightly over the 18000 we will invite you to visit José Maria da Fonseca Cellars. A 19th century building ran by a family that has 150 years of heritage in wine production. A house guide from JMF will escort you throughout the property while explaining its origin. This visit will end with a wine tasting of some of the wines produced by this brand. Please note, the tickets to cellar and wine tasting aren't included into price of tour.

   Serra da Arrabida

   1 hour

   Drive through the scenic Serra da Arrábida, pausing for 15 mins at the viewpoint, which offers breathtaking views of turquoise waters, lush green hills, and the Atlantic Ocean. A perfect spot to capture the natural beauty of Portugal's coastline.

   Setubal

   1.5 hours

   Enjoy a 90-minute lunch break in Setúbal, a coastal city famed for its fresh seafood and vibrant culinary scene.

   Quinta do Alcube

   1 hour

   Visit Quinta de Alcube, a family-owned estate nestled in Arrábida Natural Park. Enjoy a guided tour of the historic cellars, followed by a tasting of wines paired with local food. A serene setting to savour authentic Portuguese flavours. Please note, the tickets to cellar and wine tasting aren't included into price of tour.
