   The day takes place entirely in Cammarata and in San Giovanni Gemini which are known in the region as "the mountain of excellence", precisely because they have an abundance of high-quality products and raw materials in the heart of Sicily. After a stroll through the historic centre, we will meet a chef of a typical Sicilian trattoria and together we visit the local market and do some shopping. Then we put on “u fadali” (the apron) and now we can roll up our sleeves and put our hands in the dough. An unforgettable experience for those who really want to know what the area in the Sicilian hinterland really offers. We're not done with the day yet.    Chiesa di San Giovanni Battista

   In the afternoon, we will take a walk through the streets of San Giovanni Gemini, the renowned town in the Sicani mountains, full of shops, bars but much more, such as the church of San Giovanni Battista which houses the black Christ "Jesus Nazarè" and then "dulcis in fundo" let yourself be amazed.
