1. Booking Choose your preferred one-way or round-trip transfer when booking. One-way: JPY 15,000 per person. Round trip: JPY 25,000 per person. 2. Meeting Point in Tokyo On the scheduled day, meet our driver at the designated pickup point at Ginza Mitsukoshi. Please arrive before the scheduled departure time. 3. Departure to Hakuba The shared 10-seat Toyota Hiace departs Tokyo at approximately 6:00 AM. Travel directly to Hakuba in a comfortable vehicle. 4. Arrival in Hakuba Arrive in Hakuba in the morning, giving you plenty of time to enjoy your day at the ski resort. 5. Return Pickup For round-trip bookings, meet the driver at the designated Hakuba pickup point at approximately 4:00 PM. 6. Return to Tokyo The vehicle departs Hakuba at approximately 4:00 PM and arrives back in Tokyo at around 8:00 PM. 7. Drop-off Passengers are dropped off at the designated Ginza Mitsukoshi meeting/drop-off point in Tokyo. Important: Transfers operate every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. Pickup and drop-off are available only at Ginza Mitsukoshi. If you require a different departure time or pickup/drop-off location, please contact us directly before booking. Please note that all travel times are approximate and may vary depending on actual road and weather conditions, including traffic congestion, heavy rain, heavy snowfall, or other unforeseen circumstances.
