Meeting and pickup

For your convenience, we offer round-trip transfers from your hotel or a nearby meeting point. Please listen for our driver to announce your name at the pickup location. Logistics & Safety: For properties located in areas with restricted access (narrow streets, pedestrian-only zones, or security protocols), we will designate the closest safe meeting point for your pick-up. Pick-up Times: The time on your initial ticket is a general departure for the Cancun area. Your specific pick-up time depends on your hotel’s location. Don’t see your hotel?
