Ever wondered what it feels like to breathe underwater? On this beginner-friendly dive, you'll find out - no experience or certification needed. We start on land. Your instructor walks you through the basics: how the gear works, how to breathe through a regulator, and a few simple hand signals you'll use below the surface. Everything is explained clearly and at your own pace, so you feel calm and ready before you ever get wet. Then we ease into the water. You'll take your first breaths in shallow water, getting comfortable with the strange, wonderful feeling of breathing beneath the surface. No rushing. When you're ready, your instructor guides you on a slow, relaxed dive through Tenerife's volcanic underwater world. Down there, a different planet opens up. Volcanic rock formations, shoals of bright fish, and the quiet, weightless calm that only diving gives you. Your instructor stays at your side the whole time, controlling depth and looking after you, so all you have to do is breathe and take it in. No pressure, no big commitment - just you, the ocean, and a first dive you won't forget This dive is between 20 to 40 minutes depending on your air consumption.
