We will meet in the heart of Nagasaki. While exploring the history and culture of Nagasaki and its cuisine, let's prepare traditional Japanese food together: miso soup and sushi. Starting with how to make *dashi* (broth)—the foundation of Japanese cooking—you will learn the fundamentals of making traditional miso soup. For the sushi, we offer a wide variety of fish and vegetables, allowing you to create colorful and unique sushi pieces!

Let's cook in a relaxing local home in Nagasaki! This is a private lesson! If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please be sure to let us know when booking. First, we will meet in the heart of Nagasaki and walk to the house together while chatting about the city. Once we arrive, we'll wash our hands and get ready! We'll start by making miso soup from scratch, starting with the *dashi* (broth). After this, you'll be able to make authentic miso soup at home, too! After preparing the miso soup, it's time to make sushi! We will be making *Temari Sushi*, which are cute, ball-shaped sushi. We will prepare colorful ingredients, carefully selected so that vegetarians can enjoy them as well. There are no difficult steps involved, so children and beginner cooks can join with complete peace of mind!
