Tasting, cooking and learning about Ladin culture in the Dolomites

Accompanied by an experienced local Guide you will take a short and pleasant walk through and to the edges of the village discovering many historical, cultural and natural features of this beautiful small tourist town. You can visit one of the oldest houses in the place and discover some of the stories it holds. Finally you will learn a recipe that is usually handed down from mother to daughter with the opportunity to taste this original dish on site.

Discovery of Ladin traditions and culture. Starting in front of the church, which is the heart of the village, we will take a quiet walk immersing ourselves in the local world. We will see ancient and modern landscapes. In the meantime you will be told a lot about the history, tradition and growth of this small tourist resort. We will then proceed to a historic farm where we will observe archaic but also current tools still used by the locals to carry out various activities. Finally, we will enter the ancient main house where we will live an experience of yesteryear accompanied by interesting stories. Finally, together with the hostess we will cook and taste a typical dish whose preparation is still handed down in the family from generation to generation.
