Your journey begins with cacao. We’ll meet at María Cacao in Roma Norte, where you’ll taste Mexican cacao and discover its ancestral connection to the heart. From there, headphones on. We’ll walk through one of Mexico City’s most iconic neighborhoods with a guided audio meditation, letting the streets, sounds and energy of Roma become part of the experience. Our walk leads us to Refugio Cósmico, where we’ll gather in circle, set an intention and begin Cosmic Breathwork — a guided conscious breathing journey designed to release what the body has been holding and open space for something new. From that expanded state, I’ll guide you through a quantum meditation before we return to the circle to integrate, share and close together. Two hours. Cacao. Mexico City. Breath. Music. Connection.
