The following are the steps in my proposed transportation service: *Step 1: Reservation* • The customer books a taxi via the website, mobile app or phone. • The customer provides the necessary information, such as the Date and Time of Reservation, Flight Number, Number of Passengers and Destination Address (Airbnb or Inn). *Step 2: Confirmation* • Reservation is confirmed and an email or SMS is sent to the guest with Reservation details, including Reservation Number and Driver contact details. *Stage 3: Arrival at Tangier Airport* • The customer arrives at Tangier airport and collects his luggage. • The driver waits for the customer on arrival, with a sign bearing the name of the customer. *Step 4: Transfer to destination* • The driver greets the customer and helps him to load his luggage into the vehicle. • The driver transports the customer to his destination (Airbnb or Inn). *Step 5: Arrival at destination* • The driver helps the customer unload his luggage and wishes him a good stay. *Step 6: Return (if booked)* • If the customer has booked a return, the driver picks it up at the agreed time and transports it to Tangier airport.
