Harvesting and preparing argan nuts: You will participate in the harvest of argan nuts (depending on the season) and discover how Berber women open them by hand to extract the precious almonds. This traditional step is a meticulous know-how, passed down from mother to daughter. Cold pressing technique: Follow step by step the traditional cold pressing method, used to extract pure oil from argan almonds. You will be able to try this technique yourself, with the help of local craftswomen, who will guide you throughout the process.
