Swiss Villages Discovery & Lake Lucerne Cruise

In this half-day trip, we will explore the most charming villages along Lake Lucerne — Weggis, Vitznau, and Gersau—strolling through picturesque streets, historic churches, and lakeside promenades. Along the way, we will pass areas closely linked to the origins of Switzerland and its rich traditions. In Vitznau, there is the optional opportunity to take a short cable car ride for panoramic views of the lake and Alps (ticket paid separately in cash on site). This experience combines scenic beauty, local culture, and unforgettable lakeside vistas, offering a perfect glimpse of Central Switzerland and its historic landscapes.

   We will meet at Torbogen and embark on a scenic 1-hour boat cruise to our first stop Weggis.

   We will step off the boat and explore the picturesque lakeside village of Weggis, famous for its gentle hills, colorful flower displays, and stunning views of Lake Lucerne and the Alps.

   Vitznau

   1 hour

   We will explore the charming village of Vitznau, strolling along its picturesque harbor and lakeside streets. We will see the historic village church and admire the traditional Swiss houses nestled at the foot of Mount Rigi.

   Gersau

   1 hour

   We will wander through the peaceful village of Gersau, known for its historic streets and lakeside charm. We will see the village church and admire the traditional Swiss houses set against the backdrop of the surrounding mountains. Gersau offers an authentic Swiss village experience that feels tucked away from the crowds.

   Lucerne

   1.5 hours

   We will enjoy a 1.5 hours scenic lake cruise back to Lucerne
