Sunrise in a Stand-up Paddle with Breakfast on board

Get ready to start a new day on SUP waiting for the sunrise from the sea and warming up your heart while having breakfast, surrounded by the relaxing waves of the sea and the silence of the city.

We'll meet in Monopoli at the first light in a free parking area, where you can leave your belongings to get ready. If your B&B is close to the Monopoli old town, you can reach the meeting point by walking and enjoy a sweet awakening. You have to bring with you a beach towel and swimsuit, and depending on the weather, eventually a jumper. Wetsuits are not included but can be provided upon request at least a day before. We'll provide a Stand-up Paddle and a 10 L waterproof bag with a gift for you. After a quick introduction, we'll be ready to go on the water and reach the spot not far from the coast, where you will be served a lovely breakfast (requested a day before and stating your preferences, diets, or allergies), while waiting the sun come up from the sea. After if you're practical with SUP, we'll go for a tour along the coast or a lesson will be provided by our qualified instructor which guarantees you that in 30 mins you'll be up on board. We'll discover a lovely stretch of coast to end up with a great and regenerative jump in the water.
