   A free open-air bath located in Yunohara Onsen, Maniwa City. The name comes from the hot spring water bubbling up from the riverbed sand, which is surrounded by rocks and open 24 hours as a mixed-gender hot spring. It was selected as the 'Yokozuna of the West' in the open-air bath ranking by the Japan Spa Association.

   Mitsubachi Nouen (Yamada Honeybee Farm)

   You can enjoy picking (and comparing) 5 varieties of strawberries in one of the largest greenhouses in Okayama Prefecture. From late July to August, you can also pick blueberries grown without pesticides.

   Historical Katsuyama Town Conservation Area

   1 hour

   Katsuyama flourished as a post town on the Izumo Highway. The old townscape, including the old white-walled storehouses and merchant houses with lattice windows, still remains, and it was the first area in Okayama Prefecture to be designated as a ''townscape preservation district.''
