State-of-the-art Mexican cooking classes

An intimate experience, to discover Mexico through its gastronomy. As a chef, I share recipes of my own authorship, reinterpreting Mexican techniques from a contemporary perspective, using local and seasonal products. The travelers actively participate in the entire process: from mise en place to cooking and plating.

During the cooking class, each participant will have an activity assigned by the chef. The experience includes: Cut, prepare ingredients - mise en place. Cook following the chef's instructions. Place and present the dishes. Keep the station and utensils clean and tidy
