    Itinerary

    1. 1

      Societa Agricola Saliceto - Caseificio

      2 hours

Our first stop will be at the Parmigiano Reggiano dairy farm, where we will witness the production process and have a guided tasting of the famous cheese. The drive from the Parma station to the Saliceto dairy farm will take approx. 30 minutes and visiting the Prosciutto di Parma will take approximately 1,5 hours, including the tasting.

    2. 2

      Salumificio Conti

      3 hours

In the Langhirano Valley, you can explore the process of making Prosciutto di Parma. The meat is slowly cured with the help of Marino's wind, which blows in from the Ligurian Sea. The production of this delicious delicacy is a combination of passion, talent, and farm-to-fork ingredients. The journey from the dairy farm to the Salumificio Conti will take approximately 20 minutes. The visit to the Prosciutto di Parma production site, including the tasting, will take around 1.5 hours. If you don't wish to extend your tour for the afternoon, we will return to Parma, and the drive back will take around 45 minutes.
