With this half day tour, discover the picturesque countryside of Languedoc in the middle of vineyards and olive trees, two plants so closely linked to the culture and history of the region. During this tour you will visit 1 winery and 1 traditional olive oil mill and taste delicious products.

   You will be picked up at 9am on the Esplanade de l’Europe in Montpellier by minivan and drive north into the picturesque countryside of the Languedoc. You'll start by the visit of a family-owned olive farm and its 16th century mill, where the owners have passed down their savoir faire from generation to generation. Taste their delicious products: olives, olive oils, vinegars… Back to the minivan, drive through the vineyards and olive groves to a traditional wine estate and learn everything about the production, vinification and tasting of wine in the Languedoc region. The visit will end with a tasting of a variety of wines. The return to Montpellier is planned around 12.30pm

   Découvrez les secrets de la production d’huile d’olive lors d’une visite authentique au cœur d’un domaine oléicole. Parcourez les vergers et les installations de production avant de participer à une dégustation commentée de différentes huiles d’olive et olives locales. Une expérience conviviale pour comprendre le savoir-faire méditerranéen et apprécier les saveurs de ce produit emblématique du sud de la France.

   Domaine Haut-Lirou

   Au cœur du prestigieux terroir du Pic Saint-Loup, découvrez les coulisses d’un domaine viticole familial. Explorez les vignes et le chai tout en apprenant les spécificités de cette appellation réputée. La visite se termine par une dégustation de plusieurs vins du domaine, offrant une belle introduction aux cépages et au caractère unique des vins du Pic Saint-Loup.
