Meeting and pickup
When you enter Thap Lamu Pier, look for the Fantastic Similan Travel welcome center on the left side of the parking area. Our staff will be wearing blue shirts with the company logo and holding a sign with your tour name. Please check in at least 15 minutes before departure.
Pickup is available for all hotels within Phuket. Pickup time is between 5.30 a.m.- 6.00 a.m. The tour operator will confirm the exact pick-up time via email. Please don't forget to recheck your email. Please plan to meet the driver in your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled. You may be considered a no-show if you arrive more than 10 minutes late or after the car has moved on from your hotel.
