Meeting and pickup

When you arrive, you will see our easily identifiable meeting point with our welcoming staff. Please proceed to check in, kindly provide your name and booking number.

Pickup is available for all hotels within Phuket area. Pickup time is 6:00 AM – 7:00 AM. For a transfer from Coconut Island, meet your driver at Laem Hin Pier. The tour operator will confirm the exact pick-up time via email. Please don't forget to recheck your email. Please plan to meet the driver in your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled. You may be considered a no-show if you arrive more than 10 minutes late or after the car has moved on from your hotel.

Child tickets are for ages 4-11 years.
Infants from 1 to 3 years old are free of charge.
Children under one year of age are not advised to participate.
Children must be accompanied by an adult throughout the tour.
Guests who are over 60 years old are not encouraged to join the tour.
A maximum of 66 guests can be accommodated on the boat.
No outside food or drink is allowed on board.
Alcoholic beverages are available for purchase on board.
Travel insurance does not provide coverage for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings during trips.
