1 session: ✔ Safety rules ✔ Understanding the wind ✔ Prepare your material ✔ Sensation and control ✔ Navigation demonstration ✔ Balance on the board ✔Kneeling navigation ✔First edges standing 2nd session: Progression: Balance, go upwind and downwind ✔ Summary of the first day ✔ Managing balance ✔ Learn to go upwind ✔ Learn to go downwind ✔ The first takeoffs 3rd session: Take off and fly! ✔ Summary of the second day ✔ Improve ascent and descent to the wind ✔ Control your speed ✔ Generate power and rise ✔ Master your foil in flight
