   You will get out for about 25 minutes at the Chapel. Here you need your camera! The views our spectacular along with some famous formations including the rock formation that inspired the chapel to be built where it is (Madonna and Child) Also visit the first class relicts of the 12 apostles. Dont forget to stand in the footprints (many people cry) See the praying hands and a side profile of yogi bear. The best part is you don't have to worry about traffic! You'll be dropped 10 feet from the walkway to the chapel.

   Driving by the Red Rock Range, you'll see Cathedral Rock, Courthouse butte and Bell Rock.

   You drive through Tlaqapaque talking about the history and background of this amazing village modeled after a village Calle San Pedro Tlaqapaque.

Built nearly 1,000 years ago by the people archaeologists call the Sinagua, this village grew to approximately 110 rooms. Explore its stone walls, enjoy sweeping views, and discover the story of a thriving community whose cultural connections continue today. This fascinating stop brings the ancient history of Northern Arizona to life.

   Jerome State Historic Park

   Discover Arizona’s mining heritage at Jerome State Historic Park, home to the historic Douglas Mansion overlooking the Verde Valley. Built in 1916 by mining entrepreneur James S. Douglas, the mansion now houses exhibits exploring Jerome’s copper mining boom and the people who shaped this mountain community. Enjoy a short film about Jerome’s colorful history, then explore historic photographs, artifacts, and a model of the town’s underground mines. Sweeping views of the Verde Valley make this a memorable stop on your tour. We will eat lunch here overlooking the incredible views of the red rocks from appox. 6000 feet above sea level.
