We drop you at the closest safe and authorized location at your destination (airport departures level, hotel entrance, cruise terminal, residence, etc.). Driver assists with luggage before departure.
Meeting and pickup
Seattle Tacoma international airport: Driver will monitor your flight for delays. After landing, please turn on your phone. For curbside pickup, proceed to the designated ride-share area. For meet-and-greet service, the driver will be waiting at baggage claim with a name sign. Cruise Terminal (Pier 66 / Pier 91): After disembarking, please proceed to the designated private vehicle pickup area. At Pier 66, pickup is in front of Anthony’s Restaurant. At Pier 91, follow signs to Ground Transportation Zone 2 or 3. Hotel Pickup: Driver will meet you at the main lobby entrance. Please be ready 5 minutes before scheduled pickup time. General Notes: • Please ensure your phone is on and reachable. • Child seats available upon request (advance notice required). • Contact us directly if you have trouble locating your driver.
