Located in Cave Creek just minutes from the trails, you’ll drive directly from our shop into the beautiful Tonto National Forest, no towing or trailer required. Choose from our 2-seater or 4-seater Can-Ams and follow our designated digital trail route through desert washes with incredible mountain views and classic Arizona scenery. Fuel is included, along with helmets, goggles, bottled water, and trail maps. It’s a great adventure for couples, families, friends, bachelor/bachelorette parties, and corporate groups! Terms & Conditions -Renters must be 23+; operators must be 21+ with a valid driver's license. -Passengers under 18 must be accompanied by a guardian. -A $1,500 credit card pre-authorization hold is required at check-in. -The renter is responsible for damage up to $3,000. -The renter's credit card remains on file and may be charged for time overages, -refueling, damage, excessive cleaning, and lost/missing equipment. -UTVs must be returned topped off with premium (91) fuel. -If recovery is required, the renter is responsible for a $500 recovery fee plus $95/hour, along with applicable damage and loss-of-use charges. -If damage takes a vehicle out of service, a $100/day loss-of-use fee applies until it is returned to service. -The UTV must be returned in the same condition as rented. The renter assumes responsibility for all damages, expenses, and costs resulting from non-return, including storage, towing, and legal fees. -Travel outside Arizona, including Mexico, and riding in sand dunes are strictly prohibited. Violations result in immediate forfeiture of the rental deposit with no refund. -Arrive early for check-in. Cancellation & Refund Policy -Because rentals are capacity-limited and scheduled in advance: -More than 7 days before rental: Full refund -7 days to 48 hours before rental: Refund minus 25% cancellation fee -Less than 48 hours before rental: No refund, including reservations booked within that timeframe -Cancellation fees are based on when the reservation is cancelled, not when it was booked. RAIN OR SHINE: Extreme Arizona may cancel a reservation if weather makes riding unsafe, in which case a full refund will be issued. Otherwise, weather-related cancellations will not be honored. Guests are encouraged to check the forecast before booking. Reservations may be rebooked to another date, transferred to another rider, or converted to a gift card at management's discretion. By booking, I understand and agree to the cancellation policy and acknowledge that Trip Protection is optional and provides additional flexibility, including cancellation up to one hour before the ride when purchased.
