Brighton’s best kept wellness secret! On arrival check-in with the host at reception who will direct you to the changing area. During your session we recommend 2/3 cycles. Alternating between 8/12 minutes in the sauna. 5/6 minutes cooling down under the cold-shower or taking a cold-plunge (or both). If it's your first time, don't feel obliged to stay in the sauna; it should always feel good; slowly build up as you and your body acclimatize.
