   Sapa

   Hotel & Pick Up: Start the trek 7:45 -8:00 - The guide will meet you at your hotel in Sapa Town or Sapa Stone Church. After a short introduction and safety briefing, begin your trekking adventure through the beautiful countryside surrounding Sapa.

   Ban Ho Village

   1 hour

   8:00 AM - 9: 00 AM: Leave the busy town behind and follow peaceful mountain trails toward Ban Ho Village. Along the way, enjoy spectacular views of green valleys, mountains, farmland, and traditional terraced fields.

   Ban Ho Village

   1 hour

   Ban Ho Village – Discover Black H’mong Culture 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM Arrive at Ban Ho Village, a peaceful community of the Black H’mong people. Take time to explore the village and observe the traditional way of life. Your local guide will introduce you to the daily activities of local families, including farming, raising livestock, and traditional handicrafts. You may also have opportunities to meet villagers and learn about their customs and culture. Continue trekking along small village paths surrounded by rice terraces and mountain scenery.

   Trekking local villages and rice fields in Sapa

   Trek to Ma Tra Village: 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM Continue your trek toward Ma Tra Village, following quiet trails through valleys and agricultural areas. This section of the route offers a more authentic countryside experience, away from the main tourist areas. Enjoy the changing scenery as you walk through rice fields, forests, and traditional villages. Your guide will share stories about local life, farming traditions, and the different ethnic communities living in the Sapa region.

   Ta Phin Village

   Ta Phin Ancient Monastery & Local Lunch: 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM Continue trekking toward Ta Phin Village, home to the Red Dao ethnic community. Before reaching the village, stop to visit the Ta Phin Ancient Monastery, an old stone building with distinctive French architectural influences that has been abandoned for many years. Surrounded by peaceful mountain scenery, the old monastery offers a fascinating glimpse into the history of the area. Take some time to explore the site, learn about its history from your guide, and enjoy the atmospheric surroundings. After visiting the monastery, continue to Ta Phin Village and enjoy a well-deserved traditional local lunch at a homestay or local family house. The meal features simple, fresh, and authentic local dishes, giving you a chance to experience the flavors of the mountain region while relaxing in a traditional village setting.

   Ta Phin Cave

   Explore Ta Phin Cave: 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM - After lunch, continue to Ta Phin Cave, a natural cave located near the village. - Enter the cave with your guide and explore its fascinating natural rock formations. The cave provides a different perspective of the local landscape and is an interesting part of the day's adventure. - Your guide will also share local stories and information about the area as you explore.

   Red Dao Spa Sapa

   1 hour

   Traditional Red Dao Herbal Bath: 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM After exploring the cave, return to Ta Phin Village for one of the most relaxing experiences of the day: a traditional Red Dao herbal bath. Relax in a traditional wooden bathtub filled with a carefully prepared mixture of local medicinal herbs. The Red Dao people have traditionally used herbal baths as part of their cultural wellness practices. After trekking approximately 12–14 km, this peaceful experience is the perfect way to relax your body and enjoy an authentic local tradition.

8. 8

   Ta Phin

   30 min

   3:00 PM - 4:00 PM After your herbal bath, a private car will pick you up in Ta Phin Village and take you back to Sapa. Sit back and relax as you travel through the mountain scenery after your full day of trekking. Back to your hotel or meeting point. Tour ends.
