The Tourist Information Office is located on the main avenue parallel to the marina and commercial harbour. Situated approximately 50 metres from the iconic Portas da Cidade, it is one of the easiest meeting points to find if your accommodation is in the centre of Ponta Delgada.
Pickup is available from accommodations in Ponta Delgada and selected areas of São Miguel. • **Ponta Delgada:** pickup starts at approximately **9:00 AM**. • **Outside Ponta Delgada (including Lagoa and Ribeira Grande):** pickup starts at approximately **9:30 AM**. As this is a shared tour, pickup times may vary depending on the location and other travelers. Please allow up to **20 minutes** for the pickup process. Please be ready and waiting outside your accommodation or at the designated meeting point at the indicated time. If the vehicle cannot safely access your accommodation, we will arrange a nearby meeting point. Thank you for your patience and punctuality.
