San Leo Cashmere : Farm Experience

Explore the magic of San Leo Cashmere with guided tours that take you to the heart of the farm. Begin in the charming barn to meet the goats and uncover the secrets of cashmere. The loyal guard dogs Lea, Argo, and Nina protect the herd, while the border collie Brando gives a fascinating demonstration with the sheep. Continue to the yarn workshop to see how raw cashmere is transformed into exquisite garments, from combing to eco-friendly washing. Admire custom creations such as scarves, gloves, hats, and sweaters. Finish with a snack of pecorino cheese, salami, San Leo bread, and fresh fruit served in the beautiful garden. During the visit, guests will have the opportunity to tour the farm, observe the daily work of the shepherds and guard dogs, watch a brief demonstration of goat combing for fiber collection, explore the exhibition hall dedicated to cashmere, and finally enjoy an aperitif featuring local specialty products.
