Overview
Accompanied DA an experienced local Guide you will take a short and pleasant walk along a mountain stream in search of wild herbs. You will find out which ones are edible, how you can use them and which ones are DA be avoided. Finally some of the herbs collected will be added to the butter made together at that time. Followed by a tasting of butter spread on the pücia (typical local bread). As a greeting there will also be a recipe and a little surprise DA take home.

On this safari we will hunt in the vast world of wild herbs that grow almost everywhere. During a quiet walk we will discover which ones are edible, how to use them and which ones are to be avoided. Finally we will use some of the herbs collected to mix them with butter (made by us at that time!) and we will taste them spread on the pücia (typical local bread). As a greeting there will also be a small recipe to take home.
