Rydables Christmas Lights Tour through Coeur d'Alene

We keep your groups small and intimate (10 riders max) that are lead by experienced local Guides. Saddle up for a magical nighttime Christmas parade through Coeur d’Alene on a Rydable. Imagine riding on a motorized giant stuffed animal like a rainbow unicorn, moose, lion, or bear to name just a few. Choose your Rydable and enjoy a narrated tour with holiday music, stops at the North Idaho Museum for hot chocolate and coffee, and a visit to the restored 100‑year‑old carousel. Guides will share local history and points of interest over your wireless headsets. The route showcases the holiday lights around the Coeur d’Alene Resort and local neighborhoods. You will have an opportunity to decorate yourself with holiday decorations and lighting.

   Museum of North Idaho

   the Museum of North Idaho will be our stopping point for a brief warm up. Hot Chocolate and coffee drink will be provided. You will also have a few moment to explore the museum.

   Coeur d'Alene Resort Spa

   Pass by

   The Coeur d'Alene Resort is magical at Christmas time. The resort is completely decorated for the holiday, including a fire breathing dragon on the marina.

   McEuen Park

   Pass by

   McEuen Park is one of 44 parks in Coeur d'Alene with year round activities, like ice skating in the winter and music venues in the summer. it is also a nesting area for our Osprey birds

   North Idaho Centennial Trail

   Pass by

   We will be traveling along the Centennial Trail as we snake our way through the various downtown parks and the Coeur d'Alene Resort while making our way over the the Carousel in City Park

   Coeur d'Alene City Park and Independence Point

   After leaving the resort, we will be traveling over to City Park and visiting Independence Point and the spectacular views of lake Coeur d'Alene. Independence Point was once the home to Playland Pier and our 100 year old Carousel.

   Coeur d'Alene Carousel

   The carousel was mysteriously rescued from playland pier prior to the fire that razed the entire amusement park. It is over 100 years old and has been fully restored and made operational again. Although the carousel will be closed in the evening hours, we will have a chance to view this restored masterpiece with its' hand carved wooden horses and hand painted murals depicting the history of Coeur d'Alene and North Idaho.
