On this trip, we will visit the charming little medieval village of Rupit. It is a beautifully preserved medieval village where time seems to have stopped. With its stone houses, cobbled streets, wooden balconies, and ancient bridges, it feels like a living open-air museum in the heart of Catalonia When we arrive, we’ll stop at a local café, and after a short breakfast, we’ll begin a 12 km walk through some of the most stunning landscapes around Rupit. This will be a beautiful hike through nature, with the main goal of reaching Salt de Sallent — an impressive waterfall about 90 meters high, offering spectacular views over the valley and the surrounding cliffs. In the afternoon, we’ll return to the village and explore its narrow streets, little shops, and the natural surroundings of this hidden medieval gem.
