Once we have confirmed your reservation you will receive an e-mail with all the details of your trip. Please make sure you are on time as we have a 20-minute allowance. There is only one highway from Playa del Carmen to the airport. Once you arrive at the airport your driver will take you to the terminal of your airline and will park in front of the departure area. Your driver will offer you access to free wifi and amenities. Although the driver checks the vehicle for forgotten objects please take the time to make sure you leave nothing behind. Our drivers wear typical cream-colored guayaberas with the Dantia Luxury Services logo and black trousers and will ask for you by your last name.
