      Rocca di Riolo

The Rocca of Riolo Terme, a fascinating fortress, rises majestically in the heart of the Romagna Apennines, with its towers, bastions and walls that have watched over the village for more than six centuries. Crossing the entrance gate, you will be immersed in a journey that blends medieval architecture, military history and Renaissance charm. The interior rooms, carefully curated, tell the story of life within the fortress. From the ramparts, the view stretches across the surrounding hills, offering landscapes filled with nature and echoes of ancient memories. You can choose to visit the fortress at your own pace or, for a more evocative experience, to join a guided candlelight tour.
